Refund Policy
At Chariot Wear, refunds are issued only for items that are defective.
You must raise a request within 7 calendar days of delivery (as per the courier “Delivered” timestamp).
Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
How to request a refund
Email support@chariotwear.in
Share Order ID and clear photos/video of the defect (include outer box/unboxing if available).
After inspection/pickup and QC approval, we’ll refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
Notes
Shipping/handling is refundable only if the defect is confirmed.
Damage from misuse, washing/ironing on print, or normal wear is not a manufacturing defect.
Minor color/measurement variations are not defects.
No refunds for size/fit issues (see Return & Exchange).
