Return & Exchange Policy (Wrong Size or Defective)

We accept returns/exchanges for wrong size or defective items raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Eligible reasons:

Wrong size / doesn’t fit → Exchange (or store credit if size unavailable)

Defective item → Exchange or Refund (refunds only for defects)

Process

Contact: support@chariotwear.in
 within 7 days with your Order ID, reason, and photos (front/back + close-up of issue).

We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or share the return address.

Post QC approval, we’ll process the exchange/credit (for size) or refund/exchange (for defect).

Shipping

For defective/incorrect items: we cover return shipping where serviceable.

For size exchanges: a two-way shipping fee may apply (shared during the request).

Non-returnable

Used/washed/stained/perfumed items

Items without tags/original packaging

Custom/personalized items

Free gifts / clearance “final sale” items

Strict window: Requests after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
